This is a standardized powdered ingredient derived from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with extensive long-term dietary experience, enhanced for proliferation to contain 5% or more manganese. The yeast, which is a microbial-derived raw material, is managed under strict standards, including prior sample evaluation and equivalence assessment upon receipt, and is delivered to customers after screening and quality control at our domestic factory in Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
